Man, is it Thursday already? This week is flying…
Here’s what I have for you: the completed Space Corps Train Experiment Comic. On a train.
Our unceasing gratitude goes to all of our readers who commented, gave suggestions, and otherwise participated in our grand plan.
Thanks for coming along for the ride.
I present to you Space Corps Presents: Derailed.

Awesome Read… I look forward to every post…
Thanks Mike!
Great work guys. Did Ganon draw all those pages on the train ride to the con? That’s pretty impressive! Fun read too!
Yep, he did! It was a pretty shaky ride, but it turned out pretty good. Thanks for reading, Kevin!
To be fair, inking was out of the question on the train, but it was written and penciled on the train. It really was comic book improv.
In retrospect, considering the style we’re using going forward, the train comic was a watershed moment for us. It showed me that I could work in this style fast enough to do Space Corps as a free web comic. That’s important, because it would be really easy to break the bank attempting this, or to burn out since we all do other things than Space Corps to make a living.
With the style we’ve worked out (See Space Corps #1, which is what we’re releasing as I write this) I think we can do Space Corps indefinitely without having to worry as much about the financial constraints most books have to contend with.
That’s good news for the Space Corps universe as it gives it long lease on life. As Bryan and I are really looking forward to telling these stories, I’m thrilled we’re able to figure all of this out.
